Whale
A trader moving size large enough to matter to a market — on Polymarket, a public wallet anyone can read.
Size alone is not skill, and that premise is why every ranking on this site exists. A large bankroll tops a raw profit leaderboard by risking more, not by being right more often, and a single improbable outcome can put a wallet at the top of a table it will never reach again.
What makes a Polymarket whale worth studying is that the position is verifiable. Every trade settles on a public blockchain, so entry prices, position concentration, wallet age and settled results can be checked by anyone — including you, from the profile links carried on every row. That is a genuinely unusual property. In almost no other market can you audit the record of the person whose trade you are considering copying.
Kalshi has large traders too, and they are anonymous by construction. You can see that unusual size arrived in a market, how it compared with that market's recent tape, and which side was the aggressor. You cannot attach a name or a history to it, and no honest tool will pretend otherwise. In both cases the correct posture toward a large print is the same: treat it as something to investigate, not as an instruction to follow.
